Please register so that your name will appear in the discussions next to your posts:

• Go to http://learningcenter.nicheprogram.org to enter the NICHE LTP homepage.
  
  
• Note: Depending on your network and computer settings, you may need to login with the provided username and password each time you enter the NICHE LTP site, or when your current session expires. Please keep your username and password.
  
  
• Click the Discussion Forums link under the NICHE Leadership Training Program banner. This will take you to the Discussion Forums portal page.
  
  
• Inside the forum area, look for 'Hello There, Guest!" (login-register). It is located in the top left of the page, below the links, ‘Search-Member List-Calendar-Help’
  
  
• Click ‘register’ and follow the instructions. The user name you give yourself will appear next to your posts when you make comments in the Discussion Forum topics.
  
  
• Click the registration submission button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an email with a link to verify your registration. Click the link to return to the Discussion Forum portal page.
• Now you can begin to post comments to the topics, which are structured to reflect the topics of each LTP learning module.
  
  
• Click a topic title (for example, An Overview of NICHE) to post a question or comment to moderator Holly Brown, in the welcome post that she has created in each topic area. You may also direct your comments to the Stage 1 faculty and they will respond when they are online to review the posts.
  
  
• There are two types of reply buttons. The ‘new reply’ button at the bottom will post only your reply; the ‘reply’ button under the previous post will quote the previous message in your reply.
  

Please participate in the discussion board often with your questions, comments, observations, and experiences. The discussion board is a place to learn from the faculty, facilitators, and each other as you continue to develop and implement a NICHE program in your hospital.
